The Start of a Calling: My First Leap of Faith
More than ten years ago, I took a leap of faith and joined RESPRODEP, the special training program of PrimaryHomes.
It was free, intensive, and everything I hoped for: project mastery, sales skills, site tours, and mall exhibits. Back then, we didn’t have a home of our own, and I secretly prayed that one day we could have ours while helping other families find theirs.
After the training, I didn’t close a sale, and life led me in different directions.
Yet, through those years, God blessed me in unexpected ways.
Opportunities opened, I grew in the real estate industry, and eventually, we were blessed with the home we longed for.
The Perfect Timing: Returning to PrimaryHomes
Fast forward to 2025, and God revealed something profound: some longings don’t disappear, they wait for the right season.
I began selling units in Royal Oceancrest Mactan 2 by PrimaryHomes and qualified for The Reliable Circle, their exclusive group of top-performing sales partners.
Along the way, I realized that the deep desires in our hearts are often God stirring a desire in your heart to fulfill at the perfect time.
The Grand Recognition: Awards and a House & Lot Win
At the Grand Partners Appreciation Night 2025, I was surprised and honored to receive two unexpected awards:
- ACHIEVER’S AWARDEE – Special Excellence Awards (Realty Category)
- RISING STAR – Special Territory Awards (Sales Agent Category)
Then came the grand raffle, and even though we already had the home we prayed for, I felt that same prompting from years ago. I surrendered it to God, trusting His will, and I won a HOUSE AND LOT.
This blessing was living proof of God’s faithfulness and perfect timing. No effort is ever in vain, no longing is insignificant, and no delay is ever a denial.
The training I took, the goals I set aside, and the paths I thought were closed all came full circle, bigger and sweeter than I imagined.

Along the way, I was reminded: when you feel that deep, unmistakable prompting in your heart, it is God softly whispering His plan for your life.
