- Submitting your entry is Free. (Our way of encouraging people especially to those who are new in the real estate business.) However, you need to register or create an account before you can submit. Registration is also for free. If you already have an account, you still need to login to submit an entry.
- We do not tolerate spamming. Submit your entries properly so we can review and publish them ASAP. It is recommended that you take note of the following:
- One entry per property. (So if you have two properties in mind, you need to submit 2 entries and that is one entry for each property.)
- Appropriate title for your entry.
- Correct address of the property.
- Lot Area
- Floor area
- Number of Stories
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Toilets and Baths
- Other Amenities
- Price
- Select the most appropriate category and sub-category.
- Do not input anything under tags. (We will do that on your behalf.)
- Note that we have the prerogative to accept them or not. (You can view the status of your listing here.)
